DailyPicks.Pk use karne se pehle yeh terms zaroor parh lain. App use karna matlab aap in ko accept karte hain.

1. Platform role

DailyPicks.Pk is a hyperlocal delivery marketplace. We connect customers with independent shops, drivers, and distributors in Pakistan. We facilitate the transaction but the goods themselves are sold by the partner shop, not by DailyPicks.Pk directly.

2. Account responsibility

• Aap apne account password ke responsible hain.
• Sahi information enter karein — galat CNIC / NTN se account suspend ho sakta hai.
• Ek phone number per ek account — multiple accounts fraud samajh ke ban ho sakte hain.
• Under-18 users shop / driver / distributor account nahi bana sakte.

3. Orders

• Agar shop 5 minutes me order confirm na kare, wo auto-cancel ho jata hai.
• Same-day cutoff ke baad (usually 6 PM) naye orders next-day slot pick karne parenge.
• Customer order cancel kar sakta hai jab tak shop ne CONFIRMED na kiya ho.
• Delivered orders pe refund shop ki policy ke mutabiq milta hai (detail Refunds section me).

4. Payments

• Supported: Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank transfer, DailyPicks Wallet.
• Wallet top-ups non-refundable to original payment method but usable for any future order.
• Failed payments auto-reverse within 7 business days.
• FBR (sales tax) har receipt me alag se mention hoga jahan applicable ho.

5. Delivery

• Delivery time estimates hain, guarantees nahi — weather / traffic / shop availability pe depend.
• Driver aap ke contact number pe call / message karega arrival ke waqt.
• Agar driver pohonch jaye aur aap available na ho, order 15 min wait ke baad cancel ho sakta hai (charges apply).

6. Refunds & Returns

• Damaged / wrong / expired items delivery ke 2 ghante ke andar report karein.
• Shop approve kare to refund wallet me ya original payment method pe aa jayega 3-5 business din me.
• Pharmacy items refund / return nahi hote except shop error ki wajah se (regulatory).
• Credit notes formal proof hain — sales tax reversal ke liye required.

7. Prohibited use

• Fake orders ya payment fraud — permanent ban + legal action.
• Driver harassment, abuse — immediate account termination.
• Prescription medicine ka misuse — pharmacy partners verify karenge aur reject bhi kar sakte hain.
• Reselling ya scraping our catalog without permission.

8. Shop / Driver / Distributor partners

• Valid CNIC + contact + proof of address required for onboarding.
• Shops must keep inventory accurate — repeated stock-outs strike the account.
• Drivers must keep vehicle + license documents valid and uploaded.
• Platform commission deducted per order; detailed in partner dashboard.

9. Limitation of liability

DailyPicks.Pk facilitates the transaction but does not manufacture or guarantee the goods. Liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Lahore courts unless otherwise agreed.
