Hum aap ko 100% buyer protection dete hain. Agar order ke saath kuch galat ho — damaged item, wrong item, expired product, ya missing qty — to aap delivery ke 24 hours ke andar refund ya replacement request kar sakte hain. Neechay har category ke rules tafseel se diye gaye hain.
1. Fresh items — fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy, bakery
- Delivery ke time sab items check kar lein. Koi bhi damage, smell, ya quality issue ho to driver ke saamne hi batayein — driver order waapis le ja sakta hai.
- Delivery ke baad 2 hours ke andar photo bhej kar complaint karein (support@dailypicks.pk ya in-app support).
- Confirm hone par full refund ya free replacement 24 hours ke andar.
- Fresh items ki "late complaint" (2 hours ke baad) humari sole discretion par refund hoti hai kyunki quality khud khud degrade hoti hai.
2. Packaged grocery, cooking essentials, snacks, beverages
- Sealed + unopened item ho to 7 din ke andar return possible hai.
- Expired ya near-expiry (expiry se 7 din kam) mile to full refund.
- Wrong brand / variant aaya ho to free replacement.
- Open, partially used, ya damaged-by-customer items eligible nahi hain.
3. Medicine & pharmacy items
Dhyan se parhein: Pakistan ke DRAP (Drug Regulatory Authority) rules ke mutaabiq, medicine ek baar deliver ho jane ke baad wapis nahi ho sakti — patient safety ke liye.
- Return sirf in cases mein allowed hai: wrong item dispensed, damaged packaging, ya expired medicine.
- Prescription medicines ki delivery se pehle hum hamesha confirm karte hain.
- Refund request delivery ke 6 hours ke andar zaruri hai photo + batch number ke saath.
- Refrigerated medicines (insulin, vaccines) ki delivery cold-chain maintained hoti hai; cold-chain break ka proof dena hoga.
4. General items — personal care, baby care, household
- Sealed + unused condition mein 7 din ke andar return.
- Used / opened items eligible nahi hain hygiene reasons ki wajah se.
- Manufacturing defect ka proof (photo + video) zaruri hai.

6. Items that are NEVER returnable
- Cooked / prepared food, restaurant deliveries
- Custom-cut meat or sliced items after confirmation
- Opened personal-care products (soaps, shampoos, cosmetics) — hygiene
- Baby formula and infant nutrition once seal is broken
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items marked "final sale" ya "clearance – no return"
7. How to request a return
- App mein My Orders → order choose karein → Request Return button.
- Reason + at least 1 photo upload karein (multiple photos better).
- Shop ko notification jati hai; usually 4-8 hours mein response.
- Agar shop reject kare to hamari support team review karti hai — final decision DailyPicks ki hoti hai.
- Approve hone par refund method choose karein: wallet (instant), original payment, ya replacement.
