Cancellation Policy

Aap apna order kisi bhi time cancel kar sakte hain — laikin order ki current stage pe charge lagta hai ya nahi, yeh different hai. Neechay har status par rules tafseel se diye gaye hain.

2. How to cancel your order

  1. App mein My Orders kholein.
  2. Jo order cancel karna hai wo tap karein.
  3. Agar eligible ho to "Cancel Order" button niche dikhai dega.
  4. Reason select karein (required): Changed my mind, Wrong address, Ordered by mistake, Shop taking too long, etc.
  5. Confirm karein — refund 2 min ke andar wallet pe, ya original payment pe 1-7 days.

Button nahi dikh raha? Order status "OUT_FOR_DELIVERY" ya aage pohnch chuka hai. Driver ko doorstep pe reject karein ya support se baat karein.

3. Shop-initiated cancellation

Kabhi kabhi shop order cancel karta hai — inn reasons ke liye:

  • Stock actually khatam ho gaya (inventory mismatch)
  • Shop ka koi staff emergency, ya power cut long
  • Area unreachable hai iss waqt (flood, protest, kharab mausam)
  • Prescription order par DRAP-compliant medicine available nahi

Shop cancellation par aap ko 100% instant refund milta hai. Aur agar yeh pattern bane — koi shop repeatedly cancel kare — to platform shop ki rating gira deta hai aur baar baar warning ke baad permanent suspend bhi kar sakta hai.

4. Auto-cancellation

  • Shop agar 5 minutes ke andar confirm nahi karta to order auto-cancel ho jata hai aur refund instant issue hota hai.
  • Driver agar accept karke 20 minutes tak pickup nahi karta, to platform doosra driver assign kar deta hai.
  • Scheduled order ke scheduled window mein koi bhi driver available na ho to order cancel hota hai + Rs. 100 goodwill credit wallet pe.

5. Refund timelines

Dekhein hamari Return & Refund Policy. TLDR: Wallet instant, Jazz/Easypaisa 1-2 din, cards 5-7 din.

6. Disputes

Agar aap ko laga cancellation charge galat laga hai, to 7 din ke andar dispute raise kar sakte hain support@dailypicks.pk par — order number + reason ke saath. Hum shop-side logs dekh kar 48 hours mein decide karte hain.
