Order kitni jaldi deliver ho jata hai?+
Instant delivery ka target 30 minutes ya usse kam hai. Peak hours (6-9 PM) mein 45 min tak ja sakta hai. Priority pe order karein to 15-20 min ka target hota hai. Scheduled delivery mein aap 1-hour window choose karte hain.
Minimum order value kya hai?+
Most shops pe minimum Rs. 200 hai. Kuch premium shops pe Rs. 500 se shuru hota hai. Product page + checkout par clearly dikhai deta hai.
Kya main same order ko alag shops se mix kar sakta hun?+
Haan — cart multi-shop hai. Har shop ki items alag group hoti hain aur delivery alag alag ho sakti hai (agar different shops use kiye). Aik shop ki delivery ek baar mein aati hai.
Order place karne ke baad mein kya change kar sakta hun?+
Address aur phone shop ke PENDING ya CONFIRMED stage tak support se contact karke change karwa sakte hain. Items add / remove ka option nahi — order cancel karke naya place karein.
Kya main order ka time schedule kar sakta hun?+
Haan. Checkout par 'Scheduled' choose karein aur apna 1-hour window select karein. Monthly bulk ration / office orders ke liye best.
Live tracking kahan dekhun?+
My Orders → order tap karein. OUT_FOR_DELIVERY hone ke baad live map, driver location + ETA sab show hota hai.
Payment
Konse payment methods accept hote hain?+
DailyPicks Wallet, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Debit/Credit card (Visa/Master/Union), Cash on Delivery (COD), aur verified customers ke liye Udhaar (credit / pay later).
Kya COD pe extra charge hai?+
Nahi — COD free hai. Laikin high-value orders (Rs. 5000+) par shop confirmation ke liye phone verify karta hai.
Udhaar (credit) kaise milti hai?+
Har shop ka apna udhaar network hota hai — regular customers jo shop ko personally jante hain un ke liye. Shop aap ka credit limit set karta hai. App mein shop ke page pe 'Udhaar eligible hain' label dikhai deta hai agar aap qualify karte hain.
Kya mera payment info secure hai?+
Haan. Card details hum store nahi karte — saari payments PCI-DSS compliant gateways (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank gateways) se process hoti hain. Wallet balance PKR mein hamare ledger pe hota hai, withdraw karne par verified bank account pe transfer hota hai.
Returns & Refunds
Galat item aaya — kya karun?+

Refund kitni jaldi milta hai?+

Kya fresh items (sabzi, dairy, meat) return ho sakte hain?+
Haan — quality issue ho to delivery ke 2 hours ke andar photo ke saath complaint. 24 hours mein refund ya replacement.
Medicine return ho sakti hai?+
DRAP rules ki wajah se medicine usually return nahi hoti — sirf wrong item / damaged packaging / expired ke case mein. Delivery ke 6 hours ke andar photo + batch number ke saath request.

Phone number ya email par OTP se signup — 30 second mein ho jata hai. Name aur delivery address complete karein aur bas.

Brand listing kaise karein?+
Brand register karein. Verification ke baad aap apne products list kar sakte hain aur shops ke saath wholesale distribute bhi kar sakte hain.
Distributor / wholesaler ke liye kya options hain?+
Distributor portal se shops ko wholesale supply karein — PO management, stock clearance, credit notes, live order tracking sab integrated hai.
Platform commission kitna lagta hai?+
Standard 10-15% per order shop-wise vary karta hai, category ke hisab se. Medicine / prescription items pe kam commission (DRAP regulated), FMCG pe standard. Exact rates onboarding mein share kiye jate hain.
Technical & Support
App install karni zaruri hai?+
Nahi — website bhi full-featured hai (PWA). Chahein to 'Install' button se add to home screen kar lein, app jaisa experience hoga with push notifications.
Push notifications nahi aa rahin+
Profile → Notifications mein enable karein. Agar phone ki OS level pe browser ko notification permission nahi di gayi to nahi aayengi — settings mein grant karein.
